Exporting your bets
Download your tracked wagers as a CSV file for spreadsheet analysis, tax records, or long-term bookkeeping outside SmartStake.
Downloading your wager history
The Bet Tracker lets you export all your tracked wagers to a CSV file. Open the Bet Tracker and click the Download button in the toolbar. A dialog opens where you choose a time period before the file downloads.
Four period options are available: last 3 months (the default), last 6 months, last 12 months, or a custom date range. For a custom range, pick a start date and an optional end date — the end date defaults to today if left blank, and both ends are included in full, so bets taken on the end date itself are in the file. Once you confirm, the file downloads immediately with a name in the format smartstake-wagers-YYYYMMDD.csv. Dates in the file are converted to your local timezone automatically.
500-row limit
A single export is capped at 500 wagers. If your selection contains more, the export includes the most recent 500 and shows a toast message telling you to narrow the date range. Use a smaller window — for example, one quarter at a time — to capture everything.
What the CSV contains
Each row is one wager. The columns are:
- Taken At — date and time the wager was recorded, in your local timezone.
- Sport — sport of the primary leg (e.g. NFL, NBA).
- League — league or competition.
- Event — the stored event name, or the away and home teams formatted as a matchup when no event name is stored.
- Market — the bet type (moneyline, spread, total, etc.).
- Bookmaker — the sportsbook where the wager was placed.
- Bet — the selection name (e.g. "New England Patriots +3.5").
- Odds — the odds at the time the wager was taken, in American format.
- Stake — the amount wagered.
- Tool Type — which SmartStake tool the wager came from (positive-ev, arbitrage, etc.), or "manual" for bets added by hand.
- Free Bet — marked
trueif the wager was flagged as a free bet; blank otherwise. - Tags — any tags you applied, pipe-separated.
- Live —
liveorpregamebased on whether the bet was placed on a live market. - Status — the settlement status (pending, won, lost, push, void).
- Payout — the actual payout once settled; blank while pending.
- Notes — any notes you saved on the wager.
- Tool Metadata — a JSON object with tool-specific data captured at the time of the take.
- Bet Metadata — a JSON object with additional leg-level fields such as player name, home and away teams, and the original market key.
The exported data may differ slightly from what is displayed in the tracker — for example, if you edited a wager after it was first recorded.
